Get Ready for Junior Prom! 

Hi Juniors,

Get ready to walk the red carpet! Junior Prom (on June 5th, at the Westwood, Garwood, NJ) is officially kicking into gear with our Hollywood theme, and the Junior Prom Landing Page is now live.

Please read the following instructions carefully so you are ready for ticket sales.

The Golden Rule for Ticket Sales:

You cannot purchase a ticket or hand in money until you have completed your digital Table Form and your Student/Parent Consent Form. Student Council members will verify that your forms have been submitted before collecting your payment. If your forms are not done, they cannot take your money.

Important Details:

  • Table Forms: Tables seat exactly 10 people. Coordinate with your group and fill out the form online.

  • Only students in the SPFHS Junior Class are allowed to purchase tickets. 

  • Every SPFHS student, regardless of grade, attending the Junior Prom must complete the online student/parent consent form. Juniors, if you are bringing an SPFHS student who is NOT in the Junior class, it is your responsibility to share the information link with them and confirm that they complete their form. You cannot purchase tickets for them until they complete their student/parent consent form. 

  • If you are bringing a guest from another school (non-SPFHS student), you need their hard copy permission form submitted at the time of ticket purchase. You cannot purchase a ticket for them without the completed hard copy form. The out-of-district guest permission form (for non-SPFHS students) can be picked up at the main office. 

  • Payment via Check: If you are paying by check, your name/s must be written in the memo line. Checks made out to SPF BOE

  • Payment via Cash: Cash is accepted, and you will be given a receipt at the table.

  • Outstanding Fees: Please note that Ms. Robin Stayvas will be checking for outstanding school fees. You must be cleared to attend.

  • READ: Junior Prom Rules and Procedures, Medication statement, and Special Diet request info

Give Back: We are hosting a formal wear drive! If you have lightly worn or unused formal wear to donate, please drop it off at the Student Activity Center or Rm #142 by April 23rd. 

Finally, start gathering your tables of 10, and check the Junior Prom Landing Page for links to your required forms!
