In her youth, she established the Fanwood Nature Preserve. Went on to become a professional artist, gardener, and writer. Commissioned to do city murals, she produced extensive exhibitions, and presented all over the South as a Master Gardener. Presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award by Marquis Who's Who in 2018.

Four-time Emmy Award-winner in professional sports and news TV. His career includes News 12 New Jersey and the Boston Red Sox and Bruins network.

Multiple Emmy Award-winning director and producer. He has worked with hundreds of major artists and celebrities, including Alicia Keys and Dave Matthews Band.

Began career on Star Wars at 19. Became animation supervisor on George Lucas' "The Empire Strikes Back". Owns VCE, a leader of visual imaging in motion pictures, working on over 300 films. Won an Academy Award for developing a process to restore color film.

Pioneering medical innovator (now retired). Involved in the development of PureWick, an external catheter, saving many hundreds of thousands of patients the pain and suffering of urinary tract infections. PureWick continues improving lives worldwide.

NFL player for eight years, including in Super Bowl XLVI. Current NFL referee. College Academic All- American, Rhodes Scholar nominee.

Scotch Plains- Fanwood Athletic director 1983-1999. Scotch Plains township Director of Recreation 1957-1966. Also played four sports and was class president while an SPFHS student. Coached football at SPFHS.

First Muslim- American article III judge in United States history. First Asian- American federal judge in New Jersey. U.S. Army combat veteran. Most importantly, proud father, and grateful son.

Forty-four years of service in Princeton, NJ as a research associate in the field of Greenhouse Warming.  Fought the White House's attempt to suppress his findings on Global Warming.  Honored as "Meteorologist Professional of 2007".

Internationally recognized expert on counter terrorism, public safety, homeland security, and infrastructure protection.  Director of the Safe Communities Institute and Homegrown Violent Extremism Studies at the University of South Carolina.  Professor at USC Price School of Public Policy.

Actor and comedian performing in major comedy clubs, and event centers in the world. He has hosted award ceremonies, and acted in commercials and soap operas. Inducted into the NJ Comedy Hall of Fame, and won the USO Bob Hope Comedy Award for his performances for the military.

A former Mayor of Scotch Plains. He served as Deputy of Commerce under Governor Cahill. As the first State Energy Czar, he helped organize the New Jersey Open Space Trust and the NJ Forestry Management Association Team. He was also instrumental in founding a Kean University campus in China.

A long and dedicated career in the television industry including numerous sports Emmy awards. He has worked for ESPN, and elsewhere. He leads a team of award-winning producers, directors, videographers, editors, and graphic designers.

44-year teaching career at SPFHS that left a lasting impact on the theatre program and in the classroom as a U.S. History teacher. Read more about Mr. Multer.

Served as Director of the Peace Corps, Executive Director of UNICEF, and in the New York State Senate.

NFL wide receiver for the San Francisco 49ers, a member of the National Track and Field Hall of Fame and NJ Sports Hall of Fame, set four world records in '79 in track and field, later lowered his own records.

Fanwood Mayor, Union County Freeholder, and State Assemblywoman for many years, responsible for many bills and accomplishments.

President and founder of Burdorff Realtors which as of 2012 had sixteen offices and seven hundred agents.   She has been a major force in many aspects of the NJ real estate market.

Governor of New Jersey, State Assemblyman, State Senator, Lawyer.  He taught at Seton Hall and Rutgers.  For decades he visited classrooms to educate students about state government.

Senior Director, Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve 1986-2003.   Later was Deputy Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and consultant for the World Bank and IMF.   His international experience led him to be a gifted teacher at many institutions, including Harvard Law School.

Distinguished herself in many on and off Broadway plays over many decades.   Won two Obie Awards in one season, was a member of Joseph Papp's first New York Shakespeare Company in Central Park.

One of the founders of, and has remained active in, the SPFHS Alumni Association.  She served as a teacher in the Scotch Plains-Fanwood and Plainfield schools. Her activities in town have been numerous ranging from PTA, College Club of Fanwood- Scotch Plains (served as President five times) , Girl Scouts, Historical Society (as curator, produced walking tours and driving tours of historical interest, as well as school programs) , Episcopal Church, Blue Raiders Boosters, Republican Committee and Historical Preservation Commission. She is most proud of being the first female Senior Class President of SPFHS.

His contributions to the music and video game industry are un-paralleled.  He was selected as one of the most creative people in the entertainment industry by "Entertainment Weekly".   He was named as one of the most powerful people in the music industry by "Music Business".

Appointed by the Governor of New Jersey to serve as Commissioner for NJ Parks and Recreation.  She also served as a member of the Ocean County Transportation Advisory Committee, Founder of the NJ Coalition of Women and Disabilities, and consultant to the NJ Institute of Technology for accessibility and modifications for people with disabilities.

He was a candidate for the National (collegiate) Football Coach of the year in 1954.   Had a consistent and proven track record of success on the collegiate and scholastic levels.  His hard work, discipline, knowledge and dedication were the primary qualities that led to his success.
